Effective January 1, 2016, Land Cruise will no longer transfer funds from one trip to another. There is no reliable accounting system to adequately keep track of the many transfers that have occured. Our desire is to be 100% accurate when handling your money; therefore, the change in policy.

In 2017, full refunds are granted up to 90 days prior to departure. Cancellation within 90 days of departure will be refunded less the $95 deposit and any "non-recoverable" items (i.e. accommodations, theater tickets, etc). 

Beginning in 2018, the $95 trip deposit becomes non-refundable once the trip itinerary and price are announced and accepted.
