Join us for our Fall Travel Reception!

Additional details and helpful hints:

• The Travel Reception is a highly anticipated event! Doors to the banquet room will open 30 minutes prior to each session.
• You do not need to RSVP or make a reservation for this event. The 10:30am session is usually standing room only. The 5:30pm session has the most elbow room.
• Plan to bring your checkbook should you choose to make a reservation. Cash/checks accepted. Sorry, no credit cards.
• There is no need to check in upon arrival. We will greet you as you enter and show you to the banquet tables along the wall of windows where you may pick up any/all itineraries that you would like to have. 
• Refreshments of soup and mini sandwiches are available at the far (south) end of the room. Coffee is at the near (north) end of the room.
• The presentations will begin promptly at the published times of 10:30am, 2:00pm, and 5:30pm and will last approximately 1 hour.
• During the 5:30pm session, we will take some time to cover questions frequently asked by new Land Cruise travelers. 
• If you are unable to attend the reception, check our website in the days to follow as 2027 tours will be posted within a few days of the reception.
• We will be accepting reservations for all available tours in 2025, 2026, and 2027 tours. 2027 prices and itineraries will be available at our Spring Travel reception in late April 2026. 

Reminder: If you have a Land Cruise lanyard/name tag, please wear it! Likewise, if you have a Land Cruise t-shirt, embroidered dress shirt, or red fleece jacket, please wear it!
