Escort: Land Cruise will provide a competent Cruise Director. Local step-on guides may be used for their expertise.
Date Changes: If the minimum number of passengers is not met, Land Cruise may cancel the excursion. In such case, you will receive a full refund.
Reservations: Completed reservation form and $200 per person deposit required on all tours. Balance is due 45 days prior to departure.
Itinerary Changes: Land Cruise reserves the right to modify accommodations, restaurants or attractions. If so, comparable facilities or activities will be scheduled.
Cancellations: Full refunds granted up to 90 days prior to departure. Cancellation within 90 days of departure will be refunded less the $200 deposit and any “non-recoverable” items (i.e. accommodations, theater tickets, etc.). If passengers miss the departure at origin, no refunds will be granted. In the event that a tour is cancelled or delayed due to circumstances falling under Force Majeure (i.e. natural disasters, extreme weather, government actions, political unrest, terrorism, pandemics, etc.) only “recoverable” items will be refunded.
Optional: Travel insurance provides peace of mind, protects you from loss due to unexpected circumstances, and may be more affordable than expected. Contact your insurance agent or Land Cruise for a recommendation.
