Terms & Conditions

Escort:  Land Cruise will provide a competent Cruise Director. Local step-on guides may be used for their expertise.

Date Changes:  If the minimum number of passengers is not met, Land Cruise may cancel the excursion. In such case, you may choose a full refund or book another tour.

Reservations:  Filled as first-come, first-served. Completed reservation and $95 per person deposit required on all tours. Balance is due 45 days prior to departure.

Departures:  All tours depart from Fort Wayne, IN. Some tours have pick-up points en route.

Cancellations:  Full refunds granted up to 90 days prior to departure. Cancellation within 90 days of departure will be refunded (less the $95 deposit) plus any "non-recoverable" items (i.e. accommodations, theater tickets, meals etc.). If passengers miss the departure at origin, no refunds will be granted.

Itinerary Changes:  Land Cruise reserves the right to modify accommodations, restaurants or attractions. If so, comparable facilities or activities will be scheduled.
